The rooms with firm mattresses are excellent, and the venue's setting next to the National Museum, Royal Palace, and the riverside is great, as well as the restaurant.

It was right by National Museum, all the important places and the restaurant, magnificent location overall. The breakfast was great, had delightful meals.

The room seemed somewhat small.

We got amazing value for our money at Hyatt Regency. The room was spacious, with a huge TV and a great city view. The bed was the comfiest we've ever had, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

hyatt regency truly went above and beyond for our anniversary stay in phnom penh. from the suite upgrade to the champagne and birthday surprises, they made it unforgettable. the room was luxurious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. exceptional service, vegan/vegetarian options, and great location. we'll definitely be back someday!

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was a delight! The rooms were surprisingly spacious and had a huge TV. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the major tourist attractions and with a great view of the city. The bed was super comfy, we slept like babies! The staff service was great, they were always there to help us out. We especially loved the beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing in the warm weather.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The staff seemed to either be overly attentive or nowhere to be seen, which was a bit frustrating at times.
